Well it is looking like I have a lot more work to do and as much as my soul could use seeing your furry friends, sadly, I am going to completely remove myself from Play Paws calendar until fall. I have gone back and forth and I have tried so hard to not even have to utter those thoughts yet I have to face my reality without creating more ripples to my life.

This is NOT a Play Paws goodbye, this is more of a pivot, to take care of myself and see if I am still fit and capable to continue being on the schedule. We do this because we love what we do but it is hard to love something that can destroy you, I am hoping I can bounce back here and formulate a more realistic plan. The outpouring of messages has been overwhelming, appreciated, difficult, you name it, it has moved me in a way I didn't think possible and whole hearedly thank each and every one of you for your support, this is not at all ideal, noone wins here.

I will say that stepping away is not easy but I know it is necessary. and would have never guessed this was in the cards and honestly thought I would be ready to come back. I plan to re-assess things mid-August with a much deeper understanding of myself and will be overly due to see those happy tails & purrs!
